Phoebe the penguin is a baby sleep shusher with nightlight.

You could attach Phoebe to the outside of your crib using the velcro strap. Its removable module could play 7 pre-set sounds such as shushing (shh… sshhh… a doctor's proven technique), heartbeat, white noise, lounge music and 3 types of lullabies. You can record your own voice or favorite song for 30 seconds using the voice recording option. Select your preferred volume from low to high. In addition, the module shows a relaxing soft orange nightlight. After 20 minutes the light and sound switch off automatically. The optional cry sensor could reactivate the last-used settings. Once the module is removed you could wash the plush by hand and dry it in the air. Powered by 3x AAA batteries (not included).

The risk posed by suffocation by the presence of soft objects in the baby's sleeping environment outweighs any benefit to the baby from a soft toy.

Don't let your baby sleep with any soft objects, including stuffed animals, soft toys until they're at least 12 months old.

We offer free delivery for orders over €50.00 within the Republic of Ireland. Orders under €50.00 are subject to a handling and shipping fee of €6.00.

HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?

Delivery is expected within 1-2 working days within Ireland.

Deliveries are made on Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays, and are fulfilled via DPD.

DPD delivery process – the DPD driver will take an image of every successful delivery which will be sent to you automatically via email with the relevant GPS location.

Pre-order products will have varying delivery timelines, these will be highlighted on the website and included in the order confirmation.

For deliveries outside of Ireland the price quoted in the cart is per box and not per order. Our customer service team will contact you via email or phone, alternatively, you can contact our store via phone, email or online chat.

PRE-ORDER INFORMATION:

Our pre-order service enables you to order an item in advance and receive it upon its availability in stock. The delivery timeframe for pre-order products is displayed on our website.

HOW PRE-ORDER WORKS:

Upon ordering a pre-order product, you will receive a confirmation email specifying its status as a pre-order product and the expected timeframe for delivery. Once the item is in stock, we will promptly ship it to you and you will receive a dispatch email with the relevant tracking information.

CLICK & COLLECT INFORMATION:

We are pleased to provide our customers with a Collect In-store service. With our free click and collect option, you can choose to have your items delivered to the store nearest to you within a delivery timeframe of 1-2 working days.

You will receive 2 SMS:

1. Purchase confirmation SMS
2. Your item is now available for collection SMS.

Please wait for the receipt of a second SMS notification before coming into the store to collect your items.

HOW IT WORKS:

• Select the option "Pick up in Store" at the checkout
• Choose the Store most convenient to you
• You will receive an SMS when your order arrives in the store and is available for collection. (Please wait for the receipt of a second SMS notification before coming into the store to collect your items.)
• When you visit us to collect your purchase, please bring your confirmation SMS or order number
• Simply supply this information to a member of staff and they will source your order for you.

CAN I CANCEL MY CLICK & COLLECT ORDER:

Yes, you can cancel by contacting our customer service team and quoting your order number.

RETURNS POLICY :

If you change your mind or are not happy with your order, you may return it to us within 60 days for a full refund of exchange.  Unless faulty, all items being returned must be unused and in their original packaging with your receipt. Goods must be in a re-saleable condition and both the item and its packaging must be unused.

If a discount is provided for a package deal a corresponding discount will be deducted from any item returned.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method that was utilized during the initial purchase.

RETURNS POLICY EXCLUSIONS:

We are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for the following goods if they have been opened or removed from their packaging. This is due to hygiene concerns: mattresses, pillows, bed linen, breast pumps and items with a tamper-proof seal. However, all our products are covered for faults under your warranty.

FREE ONLINE RETURNS:

We offer a free return for items purchased online.
