DELIVERY
We offer free delivery for orders over €50.00 within the Republic of Ireland. Orders under €50.00 are subject to a handling and shipping fee of €6.00.
Furniture deliveries Larger and heavier pieces (like cots, cotbeds, dressers Wardrobes and furniture sets) often incur higher shipping charges due to the extra handling and transportation costs and will be displayed at checkout.
HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?
Delivery is expected within 1-2 working days within Ireland.
Deliveries are made on Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays, and are fulfilled via DPD.
DPD delivery process – the DPD driver will take an image of every successful delivery which will be sent to you automatically via email with the relevant GPS location.

Pre-order products will have varying delivery timelines, these will be highlighted on the website and included in the order confirmation.
For deliveries outside of Ireland the price quoted in the cart is per box and not per order. Our customer service team will contact you via email or phone, alternatively, you can contact our store via phone, email or online chat.

Our pre-order service enables you to order an item in advance and receive it upon its availability in stock. The delivery timeframe for pre-order products is displayed on our website.

Upon ordering a pre-order product, you will receive a confirmation email specifying its status as a pre-order product and the expected timeframe for delivery. Once the item is in stock, we will promptly ship it to you and you will receive a dispatch email with the relevant tracking information.

We are pleased to provide our customers with a Collect In-store service. With our free click and collect option, you can choose to have your items delivered to the store nearest to you within a delivery timeframe of 1-2 working days.

RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM AN ONLINE PURCHASE
If you have purchased online, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

Once submitted, you will receive an email confirmation of your withdrawal request. Our customer service team will then review the request and advise on the next steps for returning the goods.
This right is separate from our 60-day returns policy below. Some products may be excluded from the right to withdraw, including sealed hygiene items once opened or removed from their packaging.
RETURNS POLICY :
If you change your mind or are not happy with your order, you may return it to us within 60 days for a full refund of exchange. Unless faulty, all items being returned must be unused and in their original packaging with your receipt. Goods must be in a re-saleable condition and both the item and its packaging must be unused.
If a discount is provided for a package deal a corresponding discount will be deducted from any item returned.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method that was utilized during the initial purchase.
RETURNS POLICY EXCLUSIONS:
We are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for the following goods if they have been opened or removed from their packaging. This is due to hygiene concerns: mattresses, pillows, bed linen, breast pumps and items with a tamper-proof seal. However, all our products are covered for faults under your warranty.

We offer a free return for items purchased online. "This pump is excellent. I am exclusively breastfeeding and it has given me no trouble. I had the standard Elvie pump on my last baby and it was constantly breaking and the parts got worn very quickly. "Bought the Elvie Stride on 19/08 after following the in-store advice, that convinced me on buying this instead of the Medela I had initially though. The pump was well recommended, especially for its mobility. After reading and following the manual instructions carefully, we put it to work, and this is were the issues began. Milk leaked through the cap assembly. We re-read all the instructions, but for every expression, it would leak - either through the membrane, the pressure cap, or even the body. We never managed to get a full expression without loosing part or all of the milk due to leaks. When the milk finally managed to get to the tubes (note: it is not supposed to), I reached out to Elvie Support, as I was told that once the box was opened, I could not return it to the store. I told them that I would like a refund, given that the product never worked in the first place. I was told 'a replacement is being sent', which turned out to be just the tube+pressure caps - no replacement for the containers, which is where the leak is in the first place. Engaged with Elvie support several times, and they said there is nothing to do once the the box was opened, and that I should take to the seller for my rights. Bottomline is, Im 350 euros poorer and with a pump that doesn't work properly. (by the way, the Medela I though initially? works great. Go for it instead) My review of this product so far: - The design looks good on the outside, and the fact that its supposed to be mobile is great as well - in theory. - It does come with only 20mm and 24mm cups - so if the nipple has a different size, you need to buy cushions separately (around 20 euros). It wont work properly without those. - Adjusting the nipple on the cup is akin of landing a jet plane, on an aircraft carrier, with strong winds and fog. (difficult to see the alignment marks due to the design). - The milk container is awkwardly designed (opens in half) and difficult to clean. Several points for sealing means more possible points of possible leakage, which is exactly what's happening to us. - Elvie Support is responsive, but not great at actually solving the issue. Steer clear of this particular model (can't say about other products from Elvie)."

"Thought I'd buy a high-end electric pump . When purchasing the pump i was told because it's an intimate product if theres any problems with it to contact elvie directly , i understood this . On unboxing the elvie stride , following the instructions to set up, i attempted to charge the motor and it would not charge . Not good enough after spending €289 . I was highly disappointed knowing I couldn't go back to the shop with it . Emailed elvie and automated email back saying they will reply in 72hrs .. they are sending me out a replacement motor but it will take 5 to 7 working days again not good enough . Very disappointed overall !"
